Question by : Who has to pay for the damages?
Hi guys, well, this is what happened:
there is a big tree planted outside the townhouse that I bought a few yrs ago. and last week it cracked by the middle and a huge branch fell on top of 3 cars that belong to 3 of my neighbors. I called my home insurance and they came, took pictures and told me that they are not responsible for the damages because it didn't damage my house and I did not planted the tree there. they said that they will talk to
