Question by : I got in an accident in my NEW 2012 BMW help!?
okay so today i was driving and a moron tried merging lanes and apparently didn't see me next to him and merged right into me. I slammed the brakes and his car scraped the front of my car by the passenger door. i couldn't switch lanes there was a center divider next to me. The accident was clearly his fault.
