Question by Janos: doing foreclosure and credit rating?
My wife purchased a house in 2007. It was being sold for 6,000 and we were able to get it for just 5,000 because it was on the market for a few years and the lady who was selling it, had it on the market for a while and her parents died and she just wanted to get rid of it.
