Question by : Out of pocket expenses for an out of state accident?
Back in August on day 2 of a year-long planned 25 day road trip across the states in celebration of our 30th anniversary our trip came to an abrupt halt when we were hit from behind on the I-94.
On the I-94 just east of Chicago the traffic was heavy with a lot of stop and go. At the time of the accident we were dead stopped in the fast lane when we were hit from behind by a Texan driver with New Jersey
