Question by : Is it discrimination towards average people to offer smart people rewards like discounts on insurance.....?
......lower interest rates on car loans, and even scholarships to state schools (which are tax funded)? After all, wouldn't the average person be in more need of education and simple financing?
@ George - How did you reach thte conclusion that being smarter means you will pay back a loan? Wouldn't that also mean you'll find a way to wiggle out of it? I
