Question by Morgan M: How do i get out of a judgment against me for a car accident.?
state farm sued me and got a judgment for damages to the other persons car in a no fault accident(FLORIDA) and had my license revoked until i set up a payment plan. Is there any way to fight this or have the judgment removed. I had no insurance on the car i was driving..
