Question by : How should I proceed? Got into a car accident.Car should have been totaled and Now they want to repair it.?
I got ran off the road and it caused major damage to the front end of the car. The next day my Insurance company called me while I was very busy at work and they rushed me to put my car into a DRP shop and I did because they said they would not pay for it to be stored past that day at the tow yard. My insurance companies adjuster told me that the car was in very bad shape
