I am a resident of Philadelphia, PA and want a car for a period of 5 months. I am a student and cant spend much. I have not owned a car and pretty much is to drive back and forth to see my girl friend at Norwalk, CT over the weekends. Renting car over the weekend turns out to be expensive and I am on a limited budget of 2500. Also suggest me which insurance is better
