I live in NJ and the seller is in Virginia.
how can i drive the car back if the owner takes license plates off the car?
can I get temporary plates from DMV? which DMV should i go to? one in NJ or VA?
Do i still need insurance in order to get temporary plates?
is there any other way to do this?
