Question by Kerry B: I got into a car accident last month, switched insurance companies, now what?
I had got rear ended last month, thanks to some knucklehead who wasn't paying attention. There were passengers in my car and we're getting medical attention. I had switched insurance companies because my company had a discount with one of the national companies and they could take the payments out of my check. My question is can I still file, even though it's been over a month?
