is it possible to list your army home base as a address on your drivers license? Also can I use that address for car insurance? Are there military discounts?

Answer by ProtegeUSAA has the cheapest Car Insurance rates I've ever came across. Check it out at USAA.com. You can sign up easily if you are in the military and never have to speak with an agent - get the papers sent right to your house.
