Q&A: What motorcycle size to buy?

Question by robert75: What motorcycle size to buy?
I want to buy my first motorcycle (used). What size should I get. I'm 5'8 and weight 155 pounds. I don't want a skinny bike but I also don't want a huge one. Any suggestions? I'm looking to spend around ,500. And does anyone know what motorcycle insurance cost compared to a car? Thx everyone
