The guy that hit me is the president of a bank and he was driving a company car (2008 Suburban) and the insurance he gave us for the police report is his business insurance, Zurich. My mom was driving and I was a passenger. We both suffered back injuries...mine are minor compared to my mom's...she has a fractured compressed T-5 vertibrae
