I'm looking for a USED car, not too expensive, (under ,000 maybe?) that'll work good. I don't care what it looks like, really. And car insurance?? How does that work, and in your opinion, what's the best (or the cheapest) company for car insurance? I've never been in an accident before or anything. I'm eighteen. Can't I share car insurance with a parent for a discount? Thanks, hope you can help
