My boyfriend is learning to drive & has just recently bought a car. He's looking to use it to get more road experience before his test. We've seen this clickthepepper.com site which offers insurance for young drivers who are learning to drive & want to insure there car for a few months or a week at a time. It costs £70 odd pound for the 1st month & then £15 each week after that.
