Question by Enlong: California Car Insurance Discounts?
I spoke with my progressive car insurance rep about potential discounts I could be entitled to since I'm only 19 and have only had my license for about a year now. My driving record is clean of any blemishes but I was dismayed to see my premium rise 10% on renewal. My insurance rep informed that because I live in California, I do not qualify for many discounts. This would include a good student discount, upfront premium payoff
